Some Benefits of Physical Activity

1. Improved Cognition-acute exercise correlates to increased cognition, by improving biological functions of the body.
2. Increased Mood-exercise and other physical activity produce endorphins contributing to an increase internal state of mind.
3. Improved Cardiovascular Health-reduces risk of heart attack and other heart related health problems.
4. Reduced Stress-science has found that routine participation in aerobic exercise has strong correlations in lowering overall levels of tension, elevate and stabilize mood, and improve self-esteem.
5. Increased Energy-regular exercise shows a correlation to improved sleep, which in turn will increase energy levels.
